Quantum Sales Success
It was really rewarding to get such positive feedback from the most recent participants of the Quantum Executive Development programme. It amazes me when individuals take the workshop content and find ways to apply it within their own style to achieve fantastic results. One individual left the workshop on Thursday and then sold over £28,000 in three days half of which was paid in full at the time of order. Another individual, who had been struggling with his sales targets reported selling straight after the course. Coaching Coaches to Coach ......
13th May - Haslemere, UK.
One of the primary activities in any team leading role is generating high performance from the individuals within a team. Today I worked with 10 leaders to establish a set of tools that they will use when coaching their team members to peak performance. In identifying individual coaching styles my team found themselves clearly identifying the differences betwen managing, instructing and coaching and were all inspired to create an environment of guided discovery for their team members to find each individuals 'best ways' to be successful. As a coach, I favour the GROW model as a framework for my own thinking and as a way of getting a coachee to focus on their development and outcomes. We agreed that "if people dont say the words then they wont do the activity" ending our session motivated and enthused with personal commitments that we will each do before reviewing progress along personal development paths in 3 months time.

Its not just what you say ......
12th May, Solihull, UK
In this session I worked with a number of tele-appointing agents exploring the effects of tonality, vocal characteristics and the subliminal messaging behind certain words, phrases and patterns. We explored vocal matching as an exquisite communication tool, looking at representational systems, predicates and telephone rapport building techniques with a full understanding that there is a strong need to balance the ethics and compliance in a regulated profession with the individual needs of some people to be encouraged , coached and supported when making that all important first step to improve the quality of their life.

...... and then they flew
7th May 2009 - I stood before 8 individuals who for various reasons were finding it difficult to consistently achieve their monthly sales targets. They had just completed a fulls days commercial training and another day testing themselves and each other through recorded role play. Now the difficulty that they had found was that 'whatever the thinker thinks, the prover proves'! And several of them thinking that their client interaction was letting their sales performance down found this was proven. A famous 'Self Fulfilling Prophesy'.
So the challenge became one of self belief and through taking control of their own neurology and gaining a different perception of their future the energy grew, heads became higher, and 8 highly motivated individuals went out into the world fully committed to embed the insights of the previous two days into their daily routine to benefit their customers as well as themselves.
